How long is the plan?
It’ll be a 12 week plan divided into progressing training phases according to your goals.
How fast will I get my program?
Daniel will craft your plan within 7 days. He’ll email you ASAP to book that call and get rolling.

I workout at home, will this still work?
Yes. Daniel will work with whatever equipment you have available to you – either at home or in a full gym.
